Zuzanna views therapy as an invitation to a safe, non-judgemental space, where people can explore patterns of behaviour, uncover negative narratives, heal from past traumas and build trust in themselves. With an emphasis on collaboration Zuzanna meets clients exactly where they are and enjoys working and walking alongside adults, adolescents, individuals, couples and families. She loves supporting parents, particularly new mothers.
Zuzanna had the privilege of working with individuals seeking support for recovery from depression, anxiety, trauma, family and occupational concerns, parenting struggles, relationship concerns and major life transitions. She also enjoys working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, abilities, body sizes and members of LGBTQIA+ community.
“I truly believe that the healing starts when we experience the safety of being seen, heard and fully accepted in our most vulnerable moments. I think that all the painful symptoms can be useful messengers and point us toward our unfulfilled needs and values”.
Zuzanna has a lot of experience supporting clients in recovery from Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating and Body Image issues. She is currently working towards becoming Certified Eating Disorders Specialist with the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals. She is passionate about helping clients develop mindful and peaceful relationship with food and their bodies and to support families of adolescents affected by Eating Disorder.
