Stella is an accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). Originally from the UK, she initially trained and qualified as a solicitor specialising in immigration and human rights law. It was this experience, together with a life long interest in the human condition, that led Stella to re-train within the fields of psychology and psychotherapy.

Stella has a particular interest in neurodiversity and working with late diagnosed/late discovery Autistic and ADHD adults. She approaches her work from a collaborative person-centred stance, providing a non-judgemental space within which to explore and reflect on life experiences, goals and challenges.  With a belief that every individual has the capacity to change and to live an authentic version of themselves, Stella applies an integrative approach which combines Humanistic, Existential and CBT perspectives.
