Arduna Ltd, Counselling & Psychotherapy Centre is located in Clontarf, North Dublin. The therapists working from Arduna provide a wide range of services such as counselling and psychotherapy for individuals (one-to-one counselling), couple counselling (relationship counselling) and psychotherapy, child therapy, adolescent therapy, psychological help for teenagers, CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), family therapy, bereavement counselling, educational assessments, assessments for Asperger’s Syndrome and Autism. They can help with Depression, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Stress, Low Self Esteem, Anger & Anger Management, Trauma & Post Traumatic Stress, Life Challenges, Bereavement & Grief, Relationship Issues, Sexual Issues & Sexuality Issues, Eating Problems (anorexia, bulimia, overeating etc), Self Harm & Suicidal Feelings and Alcohol Related Problems. The therapists are fully qualified and accredited. Some of the therapists are qualified to provide supervision to other professionals.
