Jane Gribbin is a Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist and Shamanic Energy Healer. She qualified as a Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist in 2006 and is accredited with The Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy. She works from a person centred approach and is eclectic in her work. She believes the therapeutic relationship is at the core of this work and endeavours to create a safe, non-judgemental space for clients to journey within and reconnect with them selves in a deeply meaningful way, gaining insights and awareness of their true feelings and desires. This is a very unique journey, becoming aware of conditioning/ defence mechanisms, stresses or trauma that may be blocking a person’s ability to engage in life in a meaningful and fulfilling way is challenging but extremely worthwhile, rewarding and liberating.
Jane has worked creatively for years as a free lance make-up artist and is passionate about acting. Transformation has been a theme throughout her working life and she endeavours to walk with her clients on their transformational journeys, supporting and encouraging them along the way. She is experienced working with depression, anxiety, bereavement and grief (particularly bereavement by suicide), suicidal ideation, relationship issues, abuse, addiction, self-harm, eating disorders, loss, trauma, stress, low self-esteem, anger management, family dynamics.
Jane is a gifted Energy Healer and is particularly interested in transpersonal psychology/psychotherapy, spirituality and working holistically with the mind and body, nurturing growth, expansion and transformation.
