“I have a great deal of experience working with a wide range of issues, including depression and mood problems, anxiety, stress, abuse, eating problems, as well as all kinds of emotional, behavioural and relationship problems.
Whether working with an individual or couple, my approach is pro-active and collaborative: we work together in order to develop a comprehensive understanding of the emotional and psychological dynamics that underpin the problem, thereby enabling us to identify the most effective and productive ways in which to channel your efforts in order to bring about meaningful and lasting change.”
