‘I adopt an integrative and collaborative approach to ensure that the client’s needs are met, tailoring a therapeutic style that best suits the uniqueness of the client.  The therapeutic relationship is central to my work and my aim is to provide a safe, trusting, non-judgmental, nurturing space where the client feels comfortable and supported in enabling them to understand their difficulties, explore their feelings and ultimately develop their inner strengths and coping mechanisms to reach their unique potential through positive changes.  I believe we cannot change the past or be certain of the future, change can only take place in the here and now."
