Noelle is an IAHIP accredited humanistic Integrative psychotherapist and works with clients aged over eighteen.

Noelle’s integrative way of working with clients is person-centred, psychodynamic and gestalt.

Noelle has worked with clients therapeutically in an organisation specialising in women’s health, a community practice, an Irish university and an organisation for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse.

Noelle has worked with clients from many countries and cultures around the world, she continues to see universal themes of people wanting to be heard, be understood and to feel it is ok to be themselves.  Noelle believes people find protective ways to get themselves through difficult times and sometimes this leads to further difficulties, be that emotionally, physically, socially, financially etc.

“I have experience of working with clients who present with issues such as:

  • body dysmorphic disorder
  • self-harm
  • anxiety
  • depression
  • identity

“I feel psychotherapy can help to explore your thoughts, connect with your emotions, value yourself and be you”.
