individualIndividual sessions are available for people who are in emotional and psychological distress.  This can take many forms including depression, fear, anxiety or a loss of meaning in life.  Counselling tends to be relatively short term and to focus on current specific current personal difficulties, while Psychotherapy is a longer process which helps people to understand the deeper roots of their present difficulties with a view to developing a greater understanding and being much better able to manage in life.
