One to One Therapy for Adults

individualOne to one sessions are available for people who are in emotional and psychological distress.  This can take many forms including depression, fear, anxiety or a loss of meaning in life.  Counselling tends to be relatively short term and to focus on current specific current personal difficulties, while Psychotherapy is a longer process which helps people to understand the deeper roots of their present difficulties with a view to developing a greater understanding and being much better able to manage in life.
