Luminita has practised as a systemic psychotherapist in Ireland since 2005 in both public and private organisations, working with families, couples, and individuals, including children and adolescents. She practices collaboratively, mainly through a systemic and holistic approach.
Integrating a range of therapeutic skills acquired in training over the years, she assists her clients working through a variety of life challenges such as:

Luminita has been committed to her mindfulness meditation practice over the years, which has been and continues to be an inspiration in her work and enrich her therapeutic experience.

She endeavours to maintain a cultural awareness and respect for difference, along with the intention to meet clients where they are at in their journey to growth and well-being.
