Jean began her professional career as a social worker and worked in the public health service with children and families. She is a registered psychotherapist with 15 year’s experience. As well as working with individual adults, adolescents and children in Arduna, Jean works in a Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Jean is very experienced in working with parents as well as children and adolescents. She takes a family treatment approach to eating disorders in young adolescents. Jean also uses a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach to helping young people to deal with their difficulties and reach their goals.
