Jane is a qualified child and adolescent psychotherapist with 15 years' experience working with children and adolescents presenting with wide ranging behavioural, emotional and psychological challenges. As well as working in private practice, Jane is an experienced member of a multi-disciplinary team within a family centre context.

In addition to working individually with children and adolescents, Jane supports parents by providing information in relation to parenting and managing challenging behaviour.

Jane’s approach in her individual work with a child/adolescent is directed by the needs of the child/adolescent. Jane is experienced both working psychoanalytically and systemically (within a family context) using cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) techniques, mindfulness and using solution-focused therapy in her work with children and adolescents.
