Ciaran works as a psychotherapist and is informed by a Humanistic and Integrative approach. He believes that all clients have the ability to find their own way forward within the supportive and safe space that the therapeutic relationship can offer. In his work, Ciaran draws from person-centred, psychodynamic, gestalt, body-based approaches and transpersonal methods and philosophies, according to the individual needs of each unique client.

He has experience of working with clients who are struggling with and need support with issues such as depression, anxiety, sexuality, child sexual abuse, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, addictions, obsessions, life crises and identity issues. Through exploring their unique struggles, desires and hopes with the therapist, Ciaran believes that debilitating life issues can be understood in a deeper way enabling the individual to lead a healthier and more fulfilling life
