Anne is a systemic psychotherapist with a background in working with children, adolescents and adults with mental health difficulties.  Her initial training was in social work and she went on to complete her Family Therapy Training while working in the area of mental health.  

Anne works with individuals of all ages and also works with couples or family groups and is experienced in working in a CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) modality.
