Adie has over 25 years’ experience both here and in Canada as a Behaviour Management Consultant, a Mindfulness facilitator, a psychotherapist and a therapeutic teacher. Her experience of working in private practice has entailed both individual session work and running courses in groups on topics such as Social Skills and Self – Regulation for Children, Parenting, Resilience Training and Mindfulness.

Adie works in the public sector as a family worker and maintains a private practice at Arduna. She has training and experience in:

Currently, the focus of her work is to offer skills in the areas of stress management, self-regulation and behaviour management for both adults and children through practical tools and strategies and CBT based mindfulness and resilience training.
